This Website Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes how Georgia Radio Reading Service, Inc. (“GaRRS”, “we” or “us”) collects, uses, and transfers information about you on our website, Amazon Alexa Skill, and electronic marketing platform. We may update this Policy from time to time, so please check this Policy periodically for changes.
By visiting our website or using our services, you accept and agree to the terms of this Policy. If you do not accept and agree to the terms of this Policy, please do not access our website or use our services.
The services are directed toward residents of the State of Georgia. We do not seek to collect information about persons from other jurisdictions.

This Policy covers information that we collect through our website, Amazon Alexa Skill, and electronic marketing platforms including personal information and information that we combine with personal information. It does not cover any other data collection or processing, including, without limitation, data that we collect offline or receive from third-party sources. We collect the following types of information:
Actively Submitted Data
We collect the “actively submitted data” that:

- the information about you that is associated with the Amazon Alexa skill if enabled,
- electronic marketing platforms that we use, such as when you register for a streaming password

Donations
If you make a donation using PayPal, we receive information about you (including personal information) in connection with the donation. We treat this information as actively submitted data. Please note that PayPal is a third-party site and that your use of the PayPal service is subject to PayPal’s own privacy policy and terms and conditions.

We may combine your actively submitted or passively collected data with data from other site users to produce “aggregated data.” Aggregated data do not identify individual site users.

Actively Submitted Data

Accounts for Children
While our services are not directed at children, we do have some materials in our program library that are suitable for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of thirteen (13) years. Any user under age 13 must register for and use our services only with direct approval and supervision by a parent or guardian.
Accessing and Deleting Your Information
If personal information you have submitted through the sites is no longer accurate, current, or complete, and you wish to update it, please send an e-mail to info@garrs.org. If you wish to delete personal information you have submitted through the sites, please send an e-mail to info@garrs.org. Upon appropriate request we will usually be glad to update, amend, or delete your information, but we reserve the right to use information obtained previously to verify your identity or take other actions that we believe are appropriate and lawful. Please note that deleting your personal information may impact the availability of our services to you.
Security
We restrict access to personal information collected about you at our sites to our employees or others who need to know that information to provide services to you or in the course of conducting our normal operations. While no website can guarantee security, we maintain appropriate physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect your personal information collected via the site.
